Appointments can be booked by phone, in person, or online. We ask that you give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange, so that we can offer the slot to another patient. Repeated missed appointments without notice may result in a request for a deposit for future bookings.
Any clinical advice, prescriptions, or recommendations provided by our optometrists are based on the information and symptoms available at the time of your examination. Please inform us of any change in your health or vision between appointments.
Prices for spectacles, contact lenses, and other products are correct at the time of publication but may change without notice. NHS vouchers and private fees will be clearly explained to you before you commit to a purchase.
Spectacles are made to your individual prescription. If your new glasses do not feel right, please return to us within 30 days so we can check and adjust them. Manufacturing faults are covered under warranty; please ask a member of our team for details.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under UK law.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
